​​When I rent a car, do I need to buy insurance sold by the rental company?

Rental car Coverage is Not required if you carry Liability with Comprehensive and Collision coverage’s. One point to remember though is that the Insurance Company is only required to pay the ACV of your current automobile on your Insurance policy, not the value of the vehicle you are renting.

How much insurance coverage should I buy for my house?

We always recommend buying enough coverage that would replace/rebuild your home in the event of a total loss. Coverage is based on the Replacement cost of the house.

Is my son’s property covered while he’s away at college?

Most companies extend 10% of your dwelling coverage to you/your household members when away from the home. In the event of a loss, it is still subject to your policy deductibles.

​Do I need liability insurance for my business?

Liability Coverage is optional to the client. It is in your best interest to carry liability in case of a loss. Some property management companies will require Liability Coverage at the time of the lease.
